FAQ's

As an HOA Community Member, you can receive 40% off up to 10 orders per year. Limitations apply.

Once you’ve placed your first order after enrolling, you do not need to reapply. Your membership will automatically renew each year as long as an order is placed.

HOA Community Members are not eligible for the Frequent Flyer Rewards program. If you’d prefer to earn and redeem credits instead, please contact our team. We can remove you from the HOA program so you can participate in rewards going forward.

Some exclusions apply. Not all products are eligible for the HOA discount. These may include (but are not limited to): Le Bebe, Special Edition items, and Collaboration items.

No — HOA discounts cannot be stacked with other promotions, including sale items or sitewide offers.

You can use your HOA discount both in-store and online. Your HOA discount may not be used at certain events such as Big Show.

To keep your discount active, please make sure you remain subscribed to our emails.
