Retail Store Manager | Malibu, CA
The Retail Store Manager will directly supervise one or more employees in the store location. This role will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. The Store Manager will also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store.
3 - 5 years of retail and retail management experience.
Strong customer service, management and communication skills.
Solution driven with high-level problem-solving skills.
Able to pivot and adjust well in constantly changing environment.
Retail Sales Associate | Malibu, CA
This role will offer great customer service and build and maintain relationships with customers. The Retail Sales Associate will obtain or receive merchandise, totals bill, accepts payment, and makes change for customers in the retail store.
Prior retail experience
Exceptional customer service
Ability to maintain attention to detail and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Great written and oral communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
