Operations Manager | San Diego, CA

Oversee strategic decision-making and operational activities at every level of our organization and roll out action plans which add improvements and keep our organization operating smoothly.

Project planning and management for identified goals within the company
Implementing new and necessary technologies
Analyzing operational systems, processes, and workflows while looking for opportunities for improvement or revision
Exemplary leadership, problem solving, organizational, and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple people
3-5 years experience in operations management or a similar type role

        

Brand Manager | Hawaiʻi

Support the growth and development of the brand department including social media, retail marketing, and copywriting.

Support overall brand alignment across email marketing campaigns, outward-facing messaging, and campaign alignment.
Oversee the social media department along with daily operations support and platform strategies.
Possesses strong communication skills, analytical thinking, creative storytelling, and proven leadership/mentorship skills.
Proficient knowledge and passion for Hawaiian history, basic language, spelling, and usage.

        

Events Coordinator | San Diego, CA

Support ALOHA's growing events team with the planning and execution of both marketing and wholesale events.

Manage relationships with external vendors and venues to ensure high-quality and timely execution of all events.
Support overall department with scheduling, sourcing, location scouting, logistics, inventory, loading in/out, etc.
Support in planning and executing of ALOHA marketing, sales & retail events.
Requires weekend and flexible hours 

        

Events Assistant | San Diego, CA

Support ALOHA's growing events team with the execution of marketing, wholesale, and internal team events. 

Support the overall department with event execution, scheduling, sourcing, location scouting, logistics, inventory, loading in/out, etc.
Support in planning and executing of internal team events and outward-facing events.
Requires weekend and flexible hours.

        

Social Media Coordinator | San Diego, CA or Oʻahu, HI

Support in the management and growth of all ALOHA social channels. In addition to creating dynamic graphic design content for campaigns, launches, and marketing initiatives.

Proficient in graphic design with the ability to ideate, develop and design creative assets for all social channels.
Managing and populating social calendars across all platforms within Dash Hudson Ability to identify and organize on-brand user-generated content.
Strong sense of customer service etiquette and communication.
Pulse on relevant social trends, software updates, new features, etc.
Optional: Strong understanding of Hawaiian culture and current event.

  

Social Media Assistant | San Diego, CA or Oʻahu, HI

Support in the day-to-day management of all ALOHA social channels including customer engagement, scheduling and posting, and content creation.

In platform management, operating social channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Strong sense of customer service etiquette and communication Strong sense of customer service etiquette and communication.
Passion for content creation
Optional: Strong understanding of Hawaiian culture and current event.

        

Ecommerce Analyst | San Diego, CA

Analyze performance of digital marketing channels and provide insights to inform strategic business decisions. 

Track and collect data for all major reporting requests in order to support Ecommerce and Marketing departments
Analyze customer data to shed light on consumer behavior, emerging markets, and digital marketing opportunities.
Foster a data-driven culture by continuously improving our data collection methods and analytical tools
Advanced in Excel and Google Sheets.
Solid analytical skills, with ability to use data-driven arguments to prove a point.
Deep understanding of ecommerce KPIs, data analysis, and reporting.

        

Demand Planner | San Diego, CA or Kaua'i, HI

Responsible for demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management for ALOHA Collection sales channels.

Data Management, Forecast Modeling, and Inventory Management.
Proficient in demand planning software, ERP software, spreadsheets, and business intelligence tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  

Logistics Coordinator | San Diego, CA or Kaua'i, HI

Responsible for demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management for ALOHA Collection sales channels.

Work with suppliers, freight forwarders, & 3PL to coordinate all shipments.  Maintain shipping records. 
Work with various teams on planning, scheduling, and aligning deliveries with goals/objectives. 
Strong communication & organizational skills, detail-oriented, proficient in spreadsheets. 

  

Accounting Coordinator | California or Hawaii

Assist the Accounting Manager in all levels of Finance, Month end-close, AR, AP, cash flow projections, and related tasks.

Minimum 3 years experience in general accounting.
Minimum 3 years experience in AR, AP, and aspects of the monthly close.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
High attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel formulas, and other ERP systems.
