Yes, it fits standard airline personal item size limits (Length 13.4" x Height 13" x Depth 7.7") for major U.S. carriers, the "under the seat in front of you" allowance. You can bring it alongside a rolling carry-on, or use it as your only bag if you're traveling light. Always check your specific airline's dimension limits, most personal item allowances are around 18" × 14" × 8" or similar, which the Zipper Tote fits comfortably.

A trolley sleeve is a fabric sleeve on the back of the bag that slides over the extended handle of a rolling suitcase. Your tote sits on top of the rolling bag instead of hanging off your shoulder while you walk through the airport. Once you've used one, you don't want to travel without one.

The Keep It Light Nylon material weighs 14.8 oz. The full tote is under a pound empty, noticeably lighter than most nylon carry-on totes at this size. Weight matters when you're already carrying luggage.

A 15" laptop fits comfortably. A 16" laptop fits, but with less breathing room around the edges, we'd recommend a padded laptop sleeve for extra protection. The Zipper Tote itself doesn't have a padded laptop compartment, so a case is a good idea for either size.

Yes. The Keep It Light Nylon has a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating that makes water bead up on the surface and roll off. Handles rain & spills.
