If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to ALOHA Collection within 30 days of your delivery date, unless purchased as part of a sale or promotion. All items purchased during a sale or promotion are FINAL SALE. Items must be unused and in original condition with original tags attached to be eligible for a refund. ALOHA Collection reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. We are not currently offering direct exchanges. Customers can return items for a refund and place a new order.
