In 1929, Hawaiian Airlines took to the skies under its forerunner, Inter-Island Airways. The airline’s first inter-island scheduled service began on November 11, 1929 with a flight from Honolulu to Hilo, via intermediary stops on Molokai and Maui.

By the 1970s, a cultural movement ignited a newfound interest and pride in the rights, history, and culture of Native Hawaiians — marking a period of change in the islands. In the air, waves of visitors flocked to the state and Hawaiian Airlines introduced its beloved Pualani, flower of the sky, logo.

The 11-piece collection features vintage takes on ALOHA Collection fan-favorite accessories. A new aviation-inspired style called the Flight Bag honors the 1970s era of the Hawaiian Airlines’ brand, which in 1973 introduced a montage of warm, sunrise-hues and the first iteration of Hawaiian’s iconic Pualani, a distinct symbol of the carrier’s history and one of the few feminine figures to front an airline.
